Arlene has been involved in pageantry for over 16 years since her daughter began competing within the Miss USA and the Mrs. America systems. In 2002, she was crowned Mrs. Wyoming - America. Sharing her reign with her was a treasure especially watching her stand on the Mrs. America stage in Honolulu, Hawaii.
